Judy is a native of Dyersburg Tennessee. She graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a degree in Social Work. Judy has been on staff at TCA since 2010 and has worked closely with the Early Education program for the past several years.
Judy and her husband, Brian have 3 children Blake (class of 2010), Matthew (class of 2013), and Kate (class of 2016).

Erin Rager has lived in Jackson since 1999, moving to the area from Sparta, TN, to study nursing at Union University. After graduation, she has dedicated her professional time to a wide range of nursing roles ranging from intensive care work at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital to acute wound management and personalized home health services.
Erin met her husband, Neal, during their time at Union. They have two children who attend Trinity Christian Academy, Emma (4th grade) and Nolan (Kindergarten). The Ragers are members of First Baptist Church in Jackson, and Erin serves actively in the women’s and music ministries.
Erin has been an involved parent at Trinity and is now excited to serve the school, its students, and its staff in this new role as the school’s nurse.

Bill Williamson completed his B.S. in Business Administration from Lambuth University (‘74). He began his career at Coca-Cola Bottling Works of Jackson, serving as Vice-President of Sales. He went on to serve as an Administrator with Jackson Surgical Associates for 27 years, retiring this past May.
While leading in Development at TCA, Bill will continue to serve as bi-vocational Pastor of Grace Bible Fellowship as he has for the last 15 years.
Bill is no stranger to Trinity. He served faithfully on TCA’s Board of Trustees from 1990-2000, including a term as Board Chair beginning in 1994. Most recently, Bill served this past year on TCA’s Board of Trustees as a Legacy member, stepping down to take on this new role in Development:
"I am excited to be involved with Development at Trinity Christian Academy and to help support its mission in this new way. I have two sons who graduated from Trinity and now have three grandchildren attending. The future is bright and exciting because our God is in control and I desire to do all that I can to make sure my grandchildren’s children have the same opportunities they have received."
As Bill begins this new role this month, he will consult with Bowden Miller Shepherding Group (BMSG) as they provide leadership alongside the Board for this year’s Heritage Fund, TCA’s annual giving program. Bill will oversee fundraising and work to cultivate community relationships to promote the Christ-centered mission of the school. He will be assisted by Franky Taylor in TCA’s Development Office.
Bill and his wife Carol live on a farm in the Huntersville community just outside of Jackson. They have two sons, Andy (TCA ‘98) and wife Melissa who have three children, twin girls Shelby-Kate & Bonnie (8th grade), and son Reed (5th grade). Their youngest son Brian (TCA ‘01) and his wife Hope live in Tuscumbia, Alabama.

Tammy has been a part of the TCA family since 2014. A University of Memphis Education graduate, Tammy has taught and served in multi educational leadership roles through the years. Prior to becoming an educator, Tammy worked in the business world in the areas of finance and Human Resources. Tammy and her family are members of Zion Baptist Church in Brownsville. She and her husband, Michael, have two children: 2018 TCA graduate, Kelsie, and 2018 UTC graduate, Blake.

Jay joined the TCA staff family in November 2017. Before being on staff, he has been a TCA parent since 2011 when his son, Daniel (12), started kindergarten. Jay's two daughters, Lydia (10) and Lillian (7), also attend TCA. Jay and his wife, Lisa, have been married since 2001.
Jay graduated from Union University with a degree in Christian Studies. For the past 20 years, he has worked in several churches in various ministerial roles. The most recent has been at Englewood Baptist Church where he served as the Director of IT. Jay and his family continue to be active members of Englewood.
TCA's mission was the deciding factor for he and Lisa to choose TCA as the school for their children, and it remains the primary reason they stay committed to TCA. Jay is passionate to see TCA flourish and be an institutional leader in Innovation and Technology.

Kristy Layman is a Jackson native and graduated from Union University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Marketing with a Minor in Finance. She began her career at Trinity Christian Academy as the Bookkeeper in 2005. She is entering her 8th year in Administration where she serves as the Business Manager.
Kristy has been married to her husband, Scott, for 26 years and they have three children – Hannah Arnold (Class of 2012), Cassie Layman (Class of 2014) and Ty Layman (Class of 2018). Scott and Kristy are members of West Jackson Baptist Church where Kristy serves on the Coffee Ministry Team and Information Desk Ministry.

Laura received her education at the University of Tennessee at Martin. She has a degree in Communications with a minor in English. Following college she worked in the Christian music industry in Nashville in the field of marketing. When she and her family relocated to Paris, TN she worked as the Corporate Communications Coordinator for Paschall Truck Lines in Murray, KY. Prior to moving to Jackson, Laura worked at Commercial Bank and Trust Company as a Customer Service Representative and Personal Banker. Laura has a genuine love for TCA and its Christ-centered mission. “Making the decision of how best to educate your child is huge. It can have a direct affect on the dynamic of your household and certainly has an enormous impact on your child. Having the opportunity to show families the Christian love, support and quality education that is provided at Trinity will be a daily blessing. I am thankful to work alongside compassionate, caring and Christian professionals. I will strive to do my best every single day.” Laura and her husband, Andrew, have been married for almost 28 years. They have three children, Ali Grace who is 23, Knox who is 20 and Benjamin who is 13 and attends Trinity.

Ken Northcut came to TCA and partnered with its mission in 2002. Today he serves as Athletic Director and Head Boys Basketball Coach for our Lions. He and his wife Lisa (who teaches 7th grade Science and Lion Prep) have three sons, Alex (Class of ‘15), Miles (Class of ‘18) and Isaac (Class of ‘20).
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Union University and a Master of Education from the University of Memphis. Ken has 27 years of teaching and coaching experience at both public and private schools throughout West Tennessee. He and his family are active members at West Jackson Baptist Church where he also serves as an ordained deacon.
TCA has been a blessing to Ken and his family over the years. Ken states, “The relationships we have experienced have been truly humbling. God has done a tremendous work at TCA and continues to reveal his goodness.” Psalm 40:5 “O Lord my God, you have performed many wonders for us. Your plans for us are too numerous to list. A native of Hardeman County, Frank Clampitt has served at TCA since the Fall of 2014. As the Upper School Dean of Students and Director of Student Ministries, he is directly involved in the lives of our students in many ways. He currently serves as the head of our Student Ministries Team, a team of teachers and administrators that have been heavily involved in shaping our Chapel Program. He is also the sponsor of the TCA Student Government Association, head coach of the our high school cross country and track programs, assistant coach of our middle and high school girls basketball teams, and spends countless hours mentoring and listening to our students when they need advice, guidance, or love. Frank uses his many connections with students to spread his love of the outdoors, relationships, and God to anyone that will listen.
Prior to coming to TCA, Frank served as the Retreat Director and Assistant Camp Director at Victory Ranch in Bolivar, TN, a Christian camp and conference center that specializes in Christian based team-building and leadership training through outdoor adventure. Through leading a Senior Retreat for TCA, he built a relationship with the students and the school that eventually led his family to our school. Frank has been married to his wife Ashley, for 7 years, and they have a daughter, Frankie, that will be in 2nd Grade for the 2020-2021 school year. Ashley also serves at Trinity as a Spanish teacher. When he is not at TCA, Frank loves spending his time with his family, going on new adventures in God's Creation, and staying connected to the game of basketball.

Kristie Tims is a native of Madison County and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Memphis and a Master’s degree from Bethel University. Mrs. Tims began her journey at Trinity in 2000. Prior to becoming part of the Leadership team, Mrs. Tims taught 7th, 5th, 4th, and 3rd grades. She is entering her 7th year in administration at Trinity where she has served as the Assistant Principal in Elementary School, Principal in Middle School and is now serving as Lower School Principal (Early Education through 5th Grade) and K-12 Academic Coordinator.
Kristie has been married to her husband, Larry, for over 20 years and they have two children - Zachary and Anna. The Tims attend Fellowship Bible Church. God has blessed Kristie with a heart for connecting with students and serving the families of Trinity.

Tom received his B.S from Lambuth College, M.Ed. from the University of Memphis, has Doctoral hours from the University of Arkansas and has completed graduate work through ACSI’s Leadership Academy through George Fox University.
Following graduation from Lambuth, Tom was a teacher and coach in the Jackson Madison County School System and at Tennessee Academy in Brownsville, TN. He is passionate about Christian education and has served successfully in the capacities of Upper School Principal and Head of School in Christian education through the years. Tom spent the last seven years serving as Head of School at Eden Christian Academy in Pittsburgh, PA. He and his wife are excited to return to Jackson and to join TCA in ministry and leadership.

Cheryle serves as the Assistant to the Head of School. She is a Jackson native and has just completed her 25th year as a TCA employee. Cheryle and her husband Anthony began their family’s journey with Trinity 30 years ago and both of their children, Shelby ‘01 and Matt ‘06 are 13 year TCA alumni. She is a member of Englewood Baptist Church where she enjoys her small group and volunteering in Guest Services. Cheryle loves the Lord, her family and all things Trinity and is thankful for the impact being a part of this ministry has had on her and her family!

Mrs. Brown has served Trinity Christian Academy for almost twenty years as a high school teacher for 13 years, as Upper School Principal for five years, as Interim Head of School, and now as our Head of School. She and her husband Brian have called Jackson home since 1999 and raised two daughters trusting Trinity to partner with them in Christian education. She and her husband Brian are members of Northside Church. Their daughters, Lauren Brown Morris, Class of 2009 (Wil Morris Class of 2009) and Lindsey Brown Paris, Class of 2012, are proud Trinity Christian Academy alumni. Judy and Brian also have a precious granddaughter, Presley Morris.
Mrs. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Minor in Education and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership. She feels called to inspire excellence in education, service, and ministry. She believes that education must not be confined to the classroom and that God is the center of all truth. Most importantly, Mrs. Brown seeks the power of Christ’s love and sacrifice to continually transform all souls in the journey of life.
